The Luxury Suites are our most popular choice, offering extra space and flexibility for couples, friends, and families. Recently remodeled, they are designed for comfort and longer stays, with clearly defined living and sleeping areas, plus private outdoor spaces that invite you to slow down.
Bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed, air conditioning, hot water, and quiet surroundings for restful sleep. Living rooms include a daybed, a breakfast table, a ceiling fan, and either a terrace or a balcony, often a favorite spot for morning coffee while listening to birds or watching wildlife move through the trees. Kitchen areas are complete with a refrigerator, sink, coffee and tea setup, utensils, and either a toaster oven or a microwave, making day-to-day living easy and convenient.

Our Poolside Suites are well-suited for solo travelers or couples with one child who plan to spend most days outdoors: surfing, walking the beach, or exploring the natural surroundings of Playa Guiones. Located above the reception and restaurant areas, these suites offer comfortable, functional spaces that make it easy to come and go.
Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, air conditioning in the bedroom, hot water, and a living area with a sofa bed. A private balcony, ceiling fans, and views of the pool and surrounding greenery keep you connected to the property’s flow. Kitchen conveniences like a refrigerator, coffee and tea setup, toaster oven, and basic utensils allow for simple meals and relaxed mornings before heading out.

Beach Apartment
For families or groups traveling together, our Beach Apartments combine two Luxury Suites in the same building, one above the other. Each level has its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom, allowing guests to share time together while still enjoying privacy and quiet when needed. There is no connecting door between the suites of the apartment.
This setup works especially well for multigenerational families, friends traveling together, or guests who value space and independence. With balconies or terraces, generous living areas, and full suite amenities on each level, Beach Apartments offer the comfort of a private residence within the setting of a boutique hotel in Nosara.
