Location & Getting Around
We are located in Playa Guiones’ K section, bordering the Ostional–Nosara Wildlife Refuge. It’s one of the most walkable and nature-rich areas of Nosara, and closest to the surf.
The entrance to Playa Guiones is a short walk through a jungle path. Many guests mention this walk as a favorite part of their stay.

Suites, Comfort & Housekeeping
All suites are spacious, well-equipped, and designed for easy living. Each includes a separate bedroom with comfortable beds, a bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a living room with a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and either a terrace or balcony overlooking nature. There is strong Wi-Fi throughout the suite.
The Luxury Suites and Beach Apartments have a queen and a twin bed in each bedroom, plus a daybed in every living room. The Poolside suite has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Yes. Quality mattresses, quiet surroundings, and natural ventilation support deep, restful sleep.
Yes. All suites have hot water. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and large fans in the living rooms.
Housekeeping is provided daily by our attentive local team. They take great care with cleanliness and always respect your privacy and schedule.

Transportation & Arrival
Most guests fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) and travel to Nosara by shuttle, domestic flight, or rental car. We would love to help you with these arrangements.
Yes. Complimentary round-trip airport transfers from Liberia Airport are included for direct bookings of seven nights or more. Also, complimentary shuttle from Nosara’s domestic airport.
Yes. Free off-street parking is available on our property.

Practical Information
Check-in starts at 2pm. Guests are welcome to arrive early. We place belongings in a secure area and provide beach towels and bicycles to explore the beach and surroundings while the suite is prepared. Check-out is by 11am. Early or late options may be available upon request.
